These terms of use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the NOKASH payment platform (the "Service"). By checking the acceptance box when creating your account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unreservedly accepted these Terms in full.

1. Purpose

The Service enables account management, mobile payment collection and disbursement, and the related features made available by NOKASH.

2. Eligibility and account

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information upon registration. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and not to use it for fraudulent, money laundering, illicit financing or any prohibited purpose. NOKASH may run compliance checks (KYC/AML) and suspend any suspicious operation.

4. Fees

Certain operations may incur fees, disclosed to you before execution. Applicable fees may change; any change will be communicated to you.

5. Personal data

NOKASH processes your personal data to provide the Service and to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. For evidentiary purposes, the date, IP address and browser used when you accept these Terms are recorded.

6. Security

You agree to protect your means of access (password, device, verification code) and to report any unauthorized access without delay. NOKASH implements reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, NOKASH shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Suspension and termination

NOKASH may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, a legal requirement or a security risk.

9. Changes to the Terms

NOKASH may amend these Terms. The applicable version is the one in force at the time the Service is used; material changes will be notified to you.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at NOKASH's place of establishment. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
